Bruce Brooke
Mr. Brooke brings over 40 years of proven performance in systems engineering, program management, business development and capture management leadership, with a focus on driving growth, delivering customer-centered results and programmatically increasing value and profitability. His expertise in strategic capture strategy has made him an excellent addition to any Leadership Team. He has demonstrated success in developing capture strategies, building teams, winning programs, following projects through to completion, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction while establishing trust and loyalty. He brings incomparable experience in DoD IDIQ-GWAC capture management, logistics systems development operations/integration and professional engineering services in addition to inspiring loyal, highly productive and innovative Business Development Teams. Prior to joining GTI as VP/Business Development, He held executive leadership positions in program management & business development with Viderity, Chief Growth Officer, FWG Solutions as Chief Growth Officer, EPS Corporation as an Executive/Senior Vice President, Business and Capture Development (9 Years), TRW/Northrop Grumman (19 Years), Cimarron Software Services and Principal Technologies.

A professor, information science entrepreneur, and attorney, Neil is the founder and former CEO of a global insights firm that pioneered advanced data collection, communications, and analytics capabilities deployed worldwide, including in highly restricted and information‑censored environments. Known for disciplined judgment and systems‑level analysis, Neil helps teams move from emerging opportunity to credible pipeline, positioned execution, and defensible pursuit strategy.
